Video description from @bleubricks

For HDB owners weighing a move to a private home, URA's final figures for 2025: private home prices rose 3.3%, the smallest yearly increase since 2020, after 3.9% in 2024. In Q4 2025, non-landed prices dipped 0.2%, while the Outside Central Region rose 1.0%. The 1H 2026 land sales programme has 4,575 private homes on the Confirmed List, 50% above the decade average. These figures cover private homes only, not HDB resale prices. URA advises prudence when buying property and taking on mortgage loans.
